Find the right therapist—
our matching process

Great therapy begins with a good match. Our process is easy and in-depth, to make sure you find the support you need.
1
Book an appointment

Tell us a little about yourself and schedule your in-depth matching appointment.

2
Meet with a clinician

Your matching appointment is your first step in care - you’ll talk with one of our licensed therapists about yourself and your goals for therapy. We use this time to deeply understand who you are and to tease out what you need from therapy.

3
We make a match

Based on what we’ve learned about you from your matching appointment, we find you the right match with one of our therapists. You’ll receive an email from us once we’ve made the match - often within just a few days!
