As part of receiving therapy services, we may send you various communications related to your care. These communications may include information on getting started with care, appointment reminders, administrative messages, and other service-related messages (“Communications”). We use electronic forms of communication, including but not limited to: (1) emails to the address provided during sign-up, and (2) short message service (“SMS”) text messages to the mobile number provided during sign-up.
The wireless carriers used to send SMS messages from Two Chairs are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to update your phone number with Two Chairs to continue receiving messages. Two Chairs cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of SMS messages, as there is a risk of interception by third parties. SMS messages may contain a minimum amount of protected health information (PHI). The number of SMS messages sent will depend on the frequency of your services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying with “STOP” to any message from Two Chairs. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify that you have been unsubscribed from SMS messages. Opting out of receiving SMS messages will not impact your access to services, nor will it affect the quality of care you receive.
If you want to resume SMS messaging, simply reply to any message from Two Chairs with “START.” If you encounter any issues with the messaging system, you can reply to any message with “HELP” or contact support@twochairs.com for assistance.
