Abby identifies her therapeutic approach as humanistic, strength-based, and client-centered. With curiosity, humor and warmth, Abby finds joy in supporting clients as they process life events, identify personal goals, explore meaning and purpose, and cultivate self-compassion.

Outside of work, Abby loves exploring San Francisco’s many public parks, where she enjoys picnicking, wandering, and walking her dog. She also enjoys reading fantasy novels, listening to comedy podcasts, baking, and journaling.
