Alex is passionate about helping clients make changes in their lives and achieve their goals through support, clinical skill and a genuine working relationship. She approaches clinical therapy through emphasis on the impact that a client’s beliefs, relationship with their emotions, and habits or behaviors have on their life. When clients understand this impact completely, they are equipped to make deep, meaningful changes in their lives. She is straightforward, compassionate, genuine and encouraging.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys audiobooks, playing tabletop and video games, spending quality time with her family, and being in nature. Alex also appreciates art, innovative research and interior design. She is mom to two cats and a Great Dane, and she values irreverent humor and laughter and deep, meaningful relationships.
