Alexander
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Alexander believes in emphasizing one’s own unique spiritual journey as the primary source of knowledge and that there is nothing to "fix"; rather, one needs an opportunity to explore what is with newfound curiosity, connection, and compassion. Alexander finds that incorporating the outdoors and the natural environment while providing a safe and contained relationship for his clients encourages practical and sustained spiritual, emotional and physical growth.

Alex has found his own personal healing to be intimately connected to spending time in nature, and it is there that he believes we all can begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of the things that distract us from our higher selves. In his spare time, Alex works as an outdoor educator and spends time with his dog, Emi, anywhere the road ends.
