Amy enjoys partnering with clients on their healing journey. She approaches clinical work with a strong relational focus and takes joy in sharing tools and resources that empower her clients to adopt healthy changes in their lives.
In addition to doing talk therapy, Amy runs a therapeutic care farm where she hosts equine retreats for self-development. Amy spends her time off with her animals, as well as riding horses, reading and traveling.
