Angie believes in creating a safe space for clients to explore and best understand their own mental health. She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help empower them to overcome personal barriers and achieve autonomy. She is eager to teach others effective coping skills and assist in building healthy habits, routines and structure.

In her free time, Angie enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, live music and spending quality time with family and friends.
