Anielka focuses on helping the client develop an understanding of how thoughts, emotions and behaviors influence each other. With this foundation, she assists the client in pinpointing intrusive thoughts that sustain negative emotions that fuel problematic behaviors. She also helps them learn how to restructure their thinking process, so the client can adapt and live a healthy life.
Anielka enjoys spending time watching softball at the ballpark, reading a good novel, and watching an exciting action movie with loved ones.
