Carolyn
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
As a clinician, it is Carolyn’s joy to partner with clients, helping them work through their pain, grief and challenges while recognizing undiscovered strengths and possibilities. She bases the therapeutic relationship on compassion and unconditional positive regard to create a safe space for you to explore the challenges that brought you into therapy. Internal struggles and life challenges can be overwhelming at times, making it difficult to function at our best. Through the healing process, we will discover together what might be blocking your positive movement forward and find new pathways into a greater expression of your full and authentic self.
In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She tends to spend a lot of time in nature and working in her organic garden. She finds tremendous joy in laughter, music, drumming and spirituality.
