Casie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Casie is inspired by the resilience and courage of the individuals she works with. Witnessing their progress and transformation reinforces her belief in the power of therapy to create positive change. Whether helping clients overcome trauma, manage mental-health symptoms, or improve relationships, Casie is continuously motivated by the profound impact that therapy can have on individuals and communities. In essence, her career as a therapist is driven by a fundamental belief in the inherent worth and potential of every individual. Casie feels honored to play a role in supporting others as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Her clinical style is focused on emphasizing client strengths and incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, and somatic and mindfulness approaches. Her goal is to tailor each client’s treatment to their unique needs, drawing from an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities.

When she is not working as a therapist, Casie can be found enjoying a dog park with her dog, Lucky, practicing Pilates, swimming, reading, singing karaoke or grounding herself in the beauty of nature.
