Cherise loves to work alongside her clients to increase their self-awareness, help them gain insight, and teach them clinical tools and strategies to navigate the challenges and obstacles they face in life. Cherise enjoys building a healthy and strong therapeutic relationship with clients throughout their work together. Cherise is passionate about equipping and empowering clients to make positive changes that will result in a healthy relationship with themselves and others. She approaches work with a trauma-focused, multicultural, and humanistic lens and takes joy in being a part of her clients’ healing and growth process.

In her spare time, Cherise enjoys traveling to new places, spending quality time with her family, volunteering in and serving the community, singing, and engaging in the visual and performing arts.
