Colleen Winter

She/Her
Colleen
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Colleen see her role as a therapist as a blend of confidante, counselor and coach. She focuses on building a strong rapport with clients so they feel comfortable sorting through difficult thoughts, emotions and experiences in order to adapt to life's challenges. She knows there is no "one-size fits all approach" to therapy since each person has their own unique situation and stressors. Colleen like takes a neuroscience-informed approach that incorporates a holistic, mind-body perspective. Her eclectic style borrows from several therapeutic models as well as philosophy to help her clients feel and function better.

When she's not working with clients she enjoys spending time with family, long walks with her dog, gardening and playing pickleball at the local park. An avid learner, Colleen enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and exploring new ideas, sights, experiences when the opportunity presents.
