Erica Messenger
She/Her
Erica
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
For Erica, becoming a therapist was a calling which came out of the depths of grief/loss and trauma. Through her grief journey, which spans over the past two decades, she has been drawn to helping others through their own experiences with grief and loss. Erica has extra training in grief and will link arms with her clients as they navigate their new normal that comes following loss. Erica's other specialties include: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, boundaries, stress and cultural issues specifically within the Latinx community. Erica is here to empower, support and guide her clients towards a healthier way of living and thriving. Erica is passionate about leading her clients through the therapy journey with kindness, humor, empathy, compassion and quality care.
In her spare time, Erica loves spending time with her husband, and their sweet pitbull, Toby; watching television, listening to music/attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, volunteering, reading/listening to true crime podcasts, being a foodie and traveling the world.
