Howard works collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals for improving different facets of their lives. His therapy focuses on increasing awareness of thoughts, actions and emotions in order to help the client identify their patterns, break negative cycles, and accept things that are outside of their control.

In his spare time, Howard enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching his favorite sports teams, listening to music, and exploring Los Angeles.
