Kaela is passionate about supporting clients to reach their full potential and live their life to the fullest despite current stressors or mental-health challenges. She looks forward to working with adolescents and adults navigating life changes by helping them to understand their thoughts, feelings and relationships.
When she is not at work, Kaela enjoys cooking, playing with her new puppy and checking out new restaurants in town.
