Kate enjoys working collaboratively to empower her clients, using a holistic treatment model emphasizing body, mind and spirit. She approaches clinical work with a strong focus on attachment styles and relationship-building and takes joy in helping clients heal and adopt healthy behavioral changes in their lives.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys running, surfing, painting, traveling to Uganda to do cross-cultural missions, going to church and singing her heart out while playing her guitar. She also adores walking her dog, Josiah.
