As a therapist, Katie creates time and space for clients to take a step back to acknowledge their successes and identify their current challenges in order to move forward living a life that feels more fulfilling. Therapy should feel safe and comfortable, and Katie prioritizes a respectful relationship between therapist and client so that the client’s goals can be achieved.
When not working, Katie is most likely enjoying time with her family and friends, going out on long walks with her dog or finding local restaurants with food from around the world. Katie includes music, yoga, sewing and laughing in most of her days and wouldn’t last long without them!
