Lisa Maria brings maturity, creativity and a holistic approach to the therapy room. She specializes in helping clients overcome trauma through EMDR, mindfulness practices and other somatic therapies. Lisa Maria guides her clients toward making the right choices for their individual selves. She encourages each client to speak their mind and share during the therapeutic process, in order to best cope and heal. She is able to connect with her clients on a deep, personal level.
Lisa Maria is an introvert and admits to having enjoyed the quiet of the “shut down” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her favorite commune with nature is “hugging a redwood tree” or merely wandering in one of LA’s parks. When no one is looking, she indulges in TV, watching Animal Planet or National Geographic.
