Maria is passionate about guiding clients to become the best version of themselves by identifying strengths and reducing negative thinking patterns that can keep us stuck. Maria offers a compassionate and nonjudgemental stance and sees each person as the expert on themselves. Maria sees her role as working with you, the expert, and gently guiding you to make changes in your thinking and behavior that will give you the changes, growth and healing you are looking for.

In her spare time, Maria loves to garden and do anything creative, including painting, sewing, or jewelry making. Maria loves to be outside where she can rejuvenate and let nature feed her spirit. She loves animals of all kinds and has four furry friends in her home.
