Jessica Prisk

She/Her
Jessica
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jessica leads with gratitude when getting the opportunity to meet new clients and hear their stories. As hard as it can be to open up to someone new, Jessica believes that when clients talk about difficult or unwanted feelings and behaviors, it can reveal a valid and normal desire to connect and feel safe with others. Guided by the therapeutic relationship, Jessica's goal is to create a safe space for clients to take these emotional risks, and carry on into the world feeling more aware and assured in their relationships with others.

When possible, Jessica is out in nature. She loves walking, hiking, swimming, camping, and bird watching. She also appreciates the opportunity to travel, volunteer time to support her local community, listen to recorded and live music, watch movies, engage in yoga practice, and eat new foods with friends and family.
