Rachael’s style is very interactive and reciprocal. She skillfully guides her clients in self-acceptance and compassion while promoting changes that reduce suffering and help folks live their best lives.

Rachael and her wife live entirely off-grid in the hills of northern California with their beloved four-legged companion, Naika. She enjoys communing with the land, gardening, baking, reading, kayaking, hiking, music and practicing mindfulness every day.
