is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sara’s passion for working in the mental-health field comes from the belief that trauma is a quality-of-life issue. She approaches each client with compassion, curiosity and an interest in their identity and life experiences. She emphasizes the importance of finding purpose, increasing resiliency and self-esteem, and moving beyond one’s past through culturally sensitive and evidence-based practices.

For leisure time, Sara enjoys being with family and friends, playing games and cross stitching.
