Sarah has a warm and welcoming client-centered approach, which helps create safety and trust within the therapeutic space. She enjoys helping clients heal through exploration of current and historical experiences that are impacting their current quality of life while also developing mindfulness-based strategies and skills to help manage and reduce symptom burden.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, reading (historical fiction recommendations welcomed!), listening to music, exploring new coffee shops, traveling and working out.
