Tiffani Ledel

Tiffani values a strong collaborative relationship with her clients to work with them to create solutions to each person’s unique issues. She doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” way of doing therapy and takes into account each person’s needs, personality, lifestyle and strengths. Tiffani utilizes a variety of clinical orientations to achieve the very best outcome for her clients and encourages the client to take an active role in the process. Her foundation in therapy is primarily built upon an interpersonal orientation with dashes of CBT, psychodynamic work and mindfulness included. She is quick to make adjustments as needed and meets the client where they are at on theri journey.
