Tracy
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Tracy works from the perspective that communication and understanding have an immense impact on our personal well-being. Tracy works with the client’s own strengths to incorporate tools and gain perspectives to improve their life satisfaction and reduce distress. She treats the therapeutic space as safe, educational and motivational to help clients heal from painful thoughts and emotions, and to build on positive experiences and fulfillment.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and animals; gaining new experiences; and learning. She seeks to do this through exercise, time in nature, food and entertainment.
