Yana
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
To live a life aligned with your authentic self requires getting in touch with all of the parts of you, both the loved and unloved. Yana believes helping people navigate their therapeutic journey is her purpose and acknowledges that it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Her clinical style is curious, compassionate and adaptable, meaning she will help you explore your inner world by asking thought-provoking questions in a nonjudgmental and empathetic manner, and meet you exactly where you are. Yana believes that a therapeutic process with a strong therapist–client alliance lends itself to a deeper understanding of self, uncovers and heals inner wounds, and enhances emotional intelligence. She views being a trusted therapist as a privilege and considers every therapeutic journey as unique and special.
In her spare time, Yana enjoys taking nature walks with her husky, spending quality time with family and friends, journaling and reading.
